MCM options added for splash amount and interior rain volume. Switch interior detection keyword to LocTypeDwelling to increase the number of buildings affected by the ambient rain audio. For those screenshots I briefly tested Lucid Rain with Rustic Weathers and I think that it's definitely an improvement over Skyrim's vanilla rain texture without an ENB. Doubt its actually cutting off, more likely you can't see the rest of the droplets because of how transparent the ENB rain is configured. Default rain has the same issue. The rain you have looks like ENB rain. Try uninstalling/disabling your ENB and see if that helps.
