Super Vanishing ball is stronger and costs less Ki. lol this is decidedly false. svb is pretty standard, pushing 10-13K damage. Supernova/cooler clocks out at around 16-18K. Also, svb sometimes screws up tracking based on your opponent's elevation. Technically speaking, divine wrath is one of the best 3 ki ults.
