Well, no. Sorry to be that guy. It takes 75 to upgrade to 6 pips, and another 115 to upgrade to 7 pips. I finished Karamelle on my storm, doing all main and side quests, with 100 spellements. iirc, I don't think I got any spellements dropped from mobs, so doing all main and side quests gives you 100 alone, which leaves you to farm for another 90 to reach tier 3
