the ones we use have a 2 inch blade that has no teeth on the cutting side. they are sharpened with a regular steel. the blades we use last forever 16 hours a day 5 days a week 52 weeks a year. ours have teeth on the back side but only to drive the blade. it looks to me like they are selling a really expensive mini flesher.
