Due to an oversight with a certain elite enemy type - the new "perfected" lunar chimeras - if you kill them with Wake of Vultures, all of your health will become shields. I do not know if this is also the case for normal characters, but as the lunar heretic character has constantly draining HP, I died instantly. Just a warning.
