2020-02-29 06:36 PM. Decided to upgrade my Orbi CBR40 to a RAX120 + CM1200. Got the CM1200 set up, registered and working with my laptop. I followed the directions ( re: powercycling the CM1200 and moving the cable from my workstation to the Internet port of the RAX120). RAX120 can't establish an internet connection through the CM1200.What I have noticed is that when I first reboot the modem, my machine gets 192.168.100.10 as its IP address (but 192.168.100.1 doesn't respond at this time).
