That would be 2-3 projects with a paper, a poster, and an abstract with each of them, so like a total of 6-9 citations related to dermatology. Some attendings give Honors pretty easily, while others will rarely give anything higher than High Pass. Because of this, my rotation grades are all a mix of Honors and High Pass. Surgery HP. Family Medicine H. Emergency Medicine HP. Pediatrics HP. Internal Medicine H. and I expect the same to continue for the next few rotations.

Kill Step 2. Barely anybody cares about clerkship grades as long as they're mostly honors and high pass. You don't need to get honors on every one. Just make sure to do well on step 2. That will be important since you haven't had the best luck with standardized tests (shelf exams). You will be fine as long as you score in that range for step 2.
