Rather than focusing on leveled spells, the Psychic has a collection of cantrips which they can "Amp" to add additional, powerful effects. Their feats are novel and flavorful, and everything feels just a little bit supernatural, even in a world where wizards are an everyday thing. Pistolero and Sniper are the best chassis for this.
