IMO, the gap between Sure Footed and Primed Sure Footed is larger then Shred and Primed Shred. I would prioritize Primed Sure Footed due to the massive QOL it provides on all frames you use it on and honestly, it just makes playing Warframe feel better when you are immune to knockdowns and pulls.
