The monarch is a great gun, just a little rough for Zane as it kills his speed. If you have dlc3, the Lightshow is better IMO. The reason the x8 is considered bad is bc it can chew through your mag and your are spending more time reloading than shooting. It’s still good but you have to max out mag size a lot to offset the reload/shooting balance.
