Last Tuesday I spent 6hrs troubleshooting before everything was back up and running. I had to flash back to v2.1.1.4 do a hard 30-30-30 reset then manually flash back up to v2.1.2.6. What caught me up was the last "30" reset actually took more like 60 seconds for the lights to register the reset button was pressed on power-on.
