Hello I bought a Ducky x Varmilo keyboard and it does not appear to be working but I'm not too sure why. When plugged in it does not make a sound as if it is even trying to connect(the normal windows USB sound) I have tried in multiple USB ports as well as a completely different PC but no windows connection sounds is played.

If those keys wont work as well using the on screen keyboad possibly software issue.
