I have the synthesis scanners equipped; I even set those maps to solo to ensure that no one could interfere. Yet I'm still not getting any transmission about the targets at the start of a mission. Don't know if you changed there armour values with recent patches but they are dying way too easily even in solo just from sentinel damage.
