Aug 17, 2017 · Xfinity internet was disconnecting frequently, and the main Xfinity cable box (PX013ANM) was rebooting. Basically, service was going in and out. Neighbors were not having any issues. Called Comcast a number of times. Sometimes they customer service representative could ping (i.e. see) the devices, other times they could not.
