Mirrah sword is great uninfused on a 40/40 str/dex build, maybe better than the claymore if you prefer the vertical slashes since it is lighter. Also of course better if you are doing a dex build. Upgraded to +4 with 20 str/13dex it 3-shots alone knights and 4 -shots alone captains. This is without buffs or resins. It's decent poise damage combined with it's fast move-set makes this axe very formidable indeed.
