No there isn’t a set bonus for the secret service armour. The thorn and solar armours do, ss’ “special” quality is having the highest damage resistance. No set bonus, but there are legendary perks that benefit from wearing a matching set of armor. No full bonus. As stated above, it just has the highest DR/ER of the regular armor sets.
