The biggest difference between 5.9 and 6.00+ scav rep is that bosses will be friendly. It’s a huge advantage if you scav a lot. Otherwise your cooldown is faster. You also will spawn with better keys and labs cards more often. I’ve never spawned in with anything better than what I’ve gotten with lower scav karma.
