Based on your height I would say go for a full grip length. The Glock 45 shares nearly the same characteristics as the 19X except it is black, so if color is a problem go for the G45. The “X” in the 19X is the extended frame. It has “19” in the model due to the slide length. I've run a Gen 4 MOS Slide on my G45/G5 19 MOS/G19X frame etc. It does NOT work flawlessly. Yes it will lock back. However since the right side slide release cannot fully engage a Gen 4 slide, it autoforwards and drops the slide very easy with a Gen 5 Frame. There is a reason Glock has a notch cut out on the right side of the Gen 5 frame.
