The build has perma vigor and Scavenger Burst will refill an entire dodge bar if it hits 5 targets. Stamina sigils seem pretty overkill to me. Stamina I think is more preference, but I love to pair those with death from above and spam the dodge to clear trash mobs. It’s not the best choice but boy is it fun.
