Phenmor is still the best single target gun and likely stays as one. The AoE on burston is 2 meters with 100% dropoff. You are doing half damage to an enemy 1 meter away from your bullet impact (technically 25% damage since the radial explosion is only half of the per-bullet damage). Burston is basically a single target weapon.They fuck up with the Soma incarnon, and the only thing they got in common is they are automatic shotguns, but the boltor incarnon is a great upgrade for the boltor base, but wihlth the soma it seems like is an alternative mode for it, bad crit wirt hight status chance, the opposite of the Soma, while the bolto transform in a automatic shotgun with high critical chance and status chance. Sadly, the joy and excitement of maybe finally getting an Incarnon weapon which is better on the base variant than on the best one, comes to an end on the fourth Incarnon evolution perks, as all options grant equal bonuses for all variants with little deviation / variance.
