Thanks for the suggestion but i found the issue. It was a skse plugin called skyutilities. Dont knkw what it does but deleting it fixed the issue. You can use bethini to set your FOV. It has worked and saved for me many times, as well as the added nicety of giving me a few extra fps.I'm not aware if there are mods for skyrim on switch, but i'm pretty sure the FOV is like that because otherwise the framerate would be unbarable.
