Making a mist generator completely changed the mood of the fortress I have a ~120 dwarf fortress. I always had 30-40 dwarves on the bad moods (yellow, orange, red) and ~7-8 dwarves on red. Someone was throwing a tantrum almost all the time (usually children). I had engraved bedrooms for everyone. Lavish meals. Tons of alcohol.
I'm still trying to understand the water system but how does mist generating work?
