I don't know of any magic in elden ring that scales with both faith and int. Pyromancy is now part of incantations which are faith only. Starting class isn't really important, I wouldn't recommend a magic build if you want to do pvp.

To use the fireball you are going to have to buy a seal to cast it, I believe the two faced maiden husk shop in the Roundtable sells one. In general though its probably better to focus on one or the other, not sure if Elden Ring has anything that scales with both Int and Faith.
