The model I reviewed came kitted out with a Core i9-12900K ...Well, after careful consideration I decided to cancel my order. I decided instead to go with the HP Omen 45L. I got a fairly decent deal with a 10% coupon code for a total cost of $1728 plus tax. It has HP's patented Cryo-Chamber, i7 12700K, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, 512GB NVME, Wifi 6, the upgrade to an RTX 3060 Ti was an additional $50.If you never intend to do a case swap, I would go with 45L. More cooling options and space for airflow than 40. The 45 has 4 RGB fan slots vs 3 on the 40 while also having fan placements on the bottom of the unit which the 40 does not.
What are the differences other than case size and cooling features? Saw some positive reviews for the 45L but not much for the 40L. My big turnoff on the 45L is that the case looks huge.

I think the 40l would be louder under a load as it has less fans to cool everything and a smaller aio if you go that route with cpu cooling the hp 120mm sucks at cooling but most reviews say the 45l cyro cooling chamber aio works wonders and you can ...The 40l is probably about 17.25 inches high and 18 inches long. Not sure about the width. Probably about 8 inches. 45L is about 22 inches tall.
