For me the best way to grind the fragment is to do a Corsus adventure on hard. Do the two closest boss and reroll after that. I think the world boss gives 4 fragment and other bosses gives 3. I managed to get 25 fragment in about an hour that way. Plus, by doing Corsus you can get lucky and get the rusted amulet area for the 25 glowing fragment.

Only need 1 Glowing Rod. If u have full party (3 players) and communicated with each other, u only need 1 Glowing Rod to get the Akari set. U just need to get the timing right, all 3 players put the rods in 3 Altar/Keyhole whatever u call it at the same time.
