This is a book about goal setting and finding one's path. There are basically eleven focus chapters, each focused upon different aspects of the "Recovery Journey." Many Useful suggestions abound, and I found the wide margins very helpful. This is a truly to-be-written-in book, one to make one's own, to explore ideas and create concepts.
