Depending on how fast the phasma is, troopers could if they go first and there is no hux in opposing comp. After some experimentation with my guild, CLS is best (leave 3po out) and ITs don't work.

For those with Padme teams having trouble with getting the Maul shards: For people who don't have any GLs or JKL or GAS or CAT: I managed it with Padme r5, JKA r5, AT r5, GK r7, and GMY r5. I tried CLS first, wrecked. Padme with 3po, took out 2. Padme with R7 R2, wrecked again. Padme's base speed is 170. Even taking out her two G12+ pieces, that puts your base speed at 158. 94 bonus speed shouldn't exactly break the bank. Then I have GAS 501st, JKR w/Bastila, GMY, Hyoda and Jolee (usually to counter GG) and Padme w/KAM, Barriss, JKA and GK. For GAC, I'm planning on destroying my Padme team completely and making Qui-Gon Gym w/JKA, KAM, GK and BarrissPadme with cat can take out SLKR pretty easily on offence. Would save her for offence for this reason. She works great with scoundrels as well under GL Rey, if that is an option for you.
