I was now working on the thieves guild quests, still a werewolf, and was doing that "eye of the falmer" thing, when I hit a trap and it said I got rockjoint.

Hmm, that does not sound right at all. The Lycanthropy quest cures all diseases (including full-stage Vampirism) and gives you 100% disease immunity after that.I have acquired Rockjoint ands failed to deal with it.
