99% of MMD avatars have facial blend shapes. the CATS blender plugin uses these blend shapes to create visemes, which are positions for the mouth to form certain sounds. This is how the lip sync is so accurate. If you want visemes, you will have to use blender to create them. Or commission someone to create an avatar for you.
