Omnath is stronger and faster, but also a KoS commander so you will have a harder time keeping him on board. Windgrace is more consistent and is more likely to just "jund em out" and win the late game.

Tuning my Omnath, Locus of Creation deck! A few weeks ago I pulled the 4-color Omnath and decided to make him the commander of my Obuun precon deck. The deck performed well in the couple of games that I've gotten to play it, but it struggled to get the ball rolling quickly and also to close out games.
