Well I mean it is possible to be 100 combat on a 1 def eg. 99 att, str, hp, and 86 prayer. But yea theres no way with 1 defence to complete the diary. I believe 1 defence is limited to all the easy diaries and most of if not all wilderness ones can be completed iirc.
