When my litter robot rotates or it is in timer cycle phase, I get the notification “Bonnet is removed” and the yellow light is flashing on the liter box. I check and the bonnet is secure. So I always have to “fix” the bonnet to get it to start rotating again.
One causes the rapid yellow flashing, the other causes the 1 per second yellow flashing. The rapid yellow flashing is caused by the pinch detector, the contacts for these are located in the bottom part, you need to unscrew the bottom, scrape the contacts with a file or something and done. The yellow light flashing quickly is due to the anti-pinch feature. The Anti-Pinch safety feature is two pin connected to the motherboard that must touch each other continuously. If they are separated, you will have an alarm (yellow blinking light). The Anti-Pinch safety is located in the top back left of the Litter-Robot base.
