1. Tuner bought from Lund (or a Lund Vendor) its locked to Lund. 2. Buy from a NON Lund vendor / Unlocked you can tune anywhere. BUT ! If you choose Lund to do a tune on your unlocked ngauge then its Locked to Lund. So if Lund tunes your nGauge (even unlocked) its will be locked to Lund.
