It's pretty easy to farm the essence now with some special boss locations and the Pools. I think they only thrall type that won't spawn are priests for certain gods. I've only ever seen Zath priests as camp thralls.3 armorer, 2 smiths, 2 smelters, 2 cooks, 1 slaver, 2 tanners, a bearer and a dancer which all can spawn as named.
