Three days ago the Collision Braking Mitigation, Road Departure and ACC "see your dealer" warnings came on while driving in some awful, snowy, slushy conditions. When I got to my destination, I looked at the front sensing unit and saw that it was covered in a thick layer of ice - which I couldn't remove easily.

When you press the Main button, both ACC w/LSF and LKAS are turned ON/OFF. There are a lot of conditions that may explain your experience. See the Owner's Manual: pages 352-364. The last page (364) may be what you encountered.
