I switched to Altice one fiber internet and tv and got stuck with these horrible Altice one mini boxes. The picture constantly freezes and then fast forwards to catch back up. Sometimes channels won’t even load. I was told to run cat 5 cable to the boxes from the gateway. Be prepared to see this screen if you download this app and don't have Altice 1.
