I wouldnt recommend it for the cave on Carno Island, because there are some passages where you have to jump. And sometimes it cant make a jump. I've always noticed that on the Island it seems you rarely find max/near max level dinos. I remember spending hours on hours running around carno island for a 120 rex and never found one but on maps like Rag and The Center i can 150's really easily. I always believed that the Island has a level curve for wild dinos or something like that.
