The best possible numbers you can get are +15/-9 or +14/-8. The best ways I’ve found to do so are actually to mix two 4 star items together and a Senzu Beansprout (available from the regular item shop). Pikkon’s Clothes, Lord Slug’s Clothes, and Towa’s Clothes are all available from the Clothing Shop and are popular equipment pieces to mix.
