Prepping for BTZ board My BTZ board is coming up in about a week and a half. I've been told that at the end of the board interview I will be given the chance to ask the board a question and that I better have a question to ask.

Expect questions that you wouldn't even think of them asking. They asked me a bunch of G-Wiz knowledge. The board doesn't want to see correct answers, they want to see how well you react to not knowing them. Expect them to ask what a Senior Airman does according to the enlisted force structure as well.
