With 1 ice pack inserted, I was able to fit 1 Emgality pen, just barely (photos 2 & 3). That pen is very wide at the end and although the case zipped, it was tight. I could see the stitching pulling around the edge of the case. 2 Mounjaro pens fit fine, also with 1 ice pack (photos 4 & 5). They would not fit with 2 ice packs.
