So I've played FO76 on PC since it's release with no problem whatsoever on my rig. Always ran perfectly. I took a break for a couple of months and went back and ran through FO3 and NV again just for fun. I logged back into FO76 back in September and notice a stutter and lag in movement. Figured it was a server issue due to traffic so I logged off.

I have checked their service status, it doesn't say anything is down from what I can see for fo76. Same here, service is down (in Melbourne). Service status page shows all green so that is a waste of time. That's good to know. I'm in Sydney, and it seems to be down here as well.
