The mallard is an ultralite, and it's an entry level trailer, it was inexpensive, we bought it new thinking we would have less problems. RV reviewed 2021 Heartland Mallard 28. 1.8. This is the worst RV we have ever owned and we have had several. Things keep falling apart. Screws work their way our. There is STILL sawdust falling from seams. We tried working with the manufacturer and camping world. Both un-responsive.
