I myself, only have Friends enabled for everything, Trusted and Known users to show avatars, and that's it. As for times for ranks etc... No idea. I have about 660 hours on VRChat, and I'm only a Known User. When I cleared out my friendlist, I became the rank before Known User, so there is no "definite" answer for what is required to be a Trusted.
