I believe that the Alex drawers come with rubber feet that you can stick on. If not, you can always buy some. You can use tape, glue, or rubber if I want. But it's pretty heavy, it can just sit on it just fine. I used a roll of Velcro (or just any Hook & Loop) on my Karlby/Alex and it doesnt move at all.
