Ultracite gatling laser.

Hi guys, I've recently got a decent 3star ultracite gatling laser. I've heard from a few people that modding this weapon is bugged. Apparently fitting certain mods reverts the gun back to a normal gatling laser. And you loose the green laser effect as it reverts to red. Does anyone know what mods cause the bug ?On the other hand, ultracite fusion cores are expensive. It would be nice to grind less, but have the same overall damage. It sucks. You never use crits (or VATS in general) on gatling lasers. Plus prime receiver is still multiplicative on it. Keep the prime receiver on it - it's by far the best one on gatling lasers.1. .50 caliber machine gun. 2. Hi, I think I rolled a really good Ultracite Gatling Laser for scorched. It's a Zealots 50/25 primed. I like the feel of this weapon, I have an AA explosive Gatling and a Vampire explosive Gatling that wreck, and the ultracite is a good addition. My question is, I want to start rolling a better armor set, so I don't want to waste modules.

Just a fair warning, ultracite laser gun isn't really worth the trouble, AFAIK it still misses some of the standard laser gun's mods and standard lasers have higher damage, especially if running full auto. #1.The .50 can snipe in 3 round bursts for a decent distance. The plasma is by far the most effective for ammo crafting if you use Prime, ammo perks, and super duper.
