Of course the main issue is that takedown lever was not in the fully unlocked mode when that slide came forward. Now the takedown lever is probably pushing up on the slide, causing it to jam. Try pulling back on the slide and while doing so, try turning the takedown lever either forward or backward - trying to free up the slide.

It is now stuck at 7/5 o'clock. The slide sits about 1/8" from the back end of the frame, but racks ok and can be locked back with the release/catch. Also, can't get the slide off of the frame, now. This is a very common issue caused by fiddling with the FCU and leaving one of several candidate pieces out of position. More often than not the Takedown Safety Lever is the culprit. It could also be the slide catch lever spring, but first you need to get the slide off to tell.
