Everyone talking about those owls of Minerva and vampires, which are OP, but at least for certain civs, I think that the voidsingers are even more OP. You have an extra 4 faith for the monunent, which is a nice bonus, and a great work slot. Combined with cultists, you can get 10 ish relics with places to place it without even building holy sites.
