Very few things in Wabbajack actually have all the tags they should. Kinda sucks ... To be honest, you are right in believing that most NSFW packs will have skimpy clothing/armor but modifying a SFW modpack to be NSFW is probably harder than modifying a NSFW modlist to not have skimpy armors.

It's likely that the executable in mod organizer is not pointing to the correct location of skyrimtogether.exe. It's something I've fixed in the next version of the mod list.
