Have not tested myself yet, but I'm 99% sure they're good/elite in SP Circuit: Xaku, Mirage, Ember, Gyre, Gara, Ash. Not technically pure "casters" but probably still good: Saryn, Wisp. The Steel path version requires You to get decrees with easy activities like races, shawzin, puzzles, etc to Power up till You feel confident enough to tackle enemies and the orowyrm.
