It's working for me. I can’t get it to work either and I have the most updated version as well. I've solved it. Close WoW first. Then uninstall Questie on WowUp. Today while doing quests and dailies, I noticed that when you track quests it no longer shows up as interactable on the side. It only tracks them using the default settings.
